This cosy cottage is the perfect option for groups of walkers, water sports enthusiasts, and outdoor adventurers. Sitting right beside Upper Lough Erne, you're treated to spectacular lake views from the doorstep and have direct access to the water from Knockninny beach. A public jetty sits just over the road opposite the front door, which guests can use for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or if you’re not looking for adventure, the ambience allows for purely soaking in the scenery with a coffee at hand. If you want to venture further, the Marble Arch Caves UNESCO Global Geopark (13 miles) offers unforgettable hikes through forests, caves, and landscapes, and also passes the Killykeeghan Nature Reserve. For a mix of history and nature, Florence Court is only 10 miles away, with beautiful trails winding through mountain backdrops. And, when you’re feeling peckish, pop into Derrylin (3.5 miles) to pick up a takeaway or a fancy bistro dinner. Access link from the main road give easy routes to Enniskillen (11 miles) and Cavan (18 miles), as well as Dublin Airport (90 miles).
