This attractive two-storey detached house is perfect for couples, families or friends seeking a restful holiday in Norfolk. Norwich is just 7 miles away. Visit Norfolk's vibrant capital, offering plenty of activities for all ages and interests, including shopping, restaurants, theatres, museums, especially the renovated Norman castle, and the iconic Norwich Cathedral. The beautiful waterways and abundant wildlife of The Norfolk Broads are within 16 miles, with Wroxham a must-visit starting point and known as the gateway to The Broads. Hire a boat or join an organised boat trip, walk or cycle around the paths that crisscross this unique water environment. The breathtaking beach at Holkham, or visit Holkham Hall. Along the North Coast you can experience all Norfolk’s treasures including Cromer for Cromer Crab, Sheringham, Sandringham (the Royal Residence) and Southwold all within 30 miles of the property.

The lodge is situated well back from the road and occupies a quiet secluded south facing sunny position behind the owner's main residence, and is approached via its own private walkway. There are two steps up to the front door of this welcoming property. To the left is the contemporary kitchen, which boasts all the appliances you need to rustle up some tasty treats during your stay. Access to the ground floor stylish shower room with a walk-in shower and WC is via the kitchen. Turn right in the lobby, and you will walk through the door into an inviting, spacious lounge/diner. This social space is the heart of the home and wonderful for reading, playing board games or spending the evening watching a movie on the Smart TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating, so you can fully unwind. The many thoughtful touches, including a stocked bookcase, make this feel like a real home-from-home. Enjoy dining at the table behind the main seating, tucking into your favourite meal and reliving the memorable moments from your day exploring. For flexibility, a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds is available. This bedroom is accessed via a separate door in the lounge/dining area. Head up the stairs from the lobby, and you’ll discover a lovely king-size bedroom with luxurious furnishings and plenty of storage.

Step outside, where the property benefits from a private seating area, making this a perfect space to enjoy an afternoon tea or cool evening drink. Private parking bay is available for one car.
