Escape to the coast to this charming holiday home, close to the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. The pet-friendly (up to two dogs welcome), three-bedroom property with a fully enclosed garden. West Runton boasts a long, sandy beach that’s perfect for family picnics and rummaging in rock pools. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through, offering fabulous walking opportunities. A 3-mile jaunt along the coast brings you to the town of Cromer, with its traditional seaside shops and attractions. West Runton’s beach is 1 mile away and features the famous West Runton Elephant. Close to the property is the pet-friendly Links Country Park Hotel, with golf course, indoor swimming pool and gym as well as an excellent fine dining restaurant and afternoon tea options. West Runton Station is less than 1 mile with connections to Norwich, Cromer and Sheringham.

Accessed via a few stone steps or a wheelchair access ramp, the bright and inviting holiday retreat is decorated in a contemporary style, with plenty of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. From the hallway, where you can store coats and boots, head through to the welcoming lounge to unwind on one of the comfortable sofas and read your book or watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. From here, move through to the kitchen, where you’ll find everything needed to prepare tasty meals for the group. This is the perfect place to come together for mealtimes with the family or sit with a morning coffee as you plan the day’s activities. To the rear of the house is a stunning conservatory/diner overlooking the garden. There is also a cloakroom available. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – a double and a twin – along with a refreshing family bathroom. Completing this level is a snug/office and a handy utility area. Upstairs, you’ll find a charming double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Outside, the enclosed garden features pretty flowerbeds and a small lawn where children can play. You’ll also have a sunny patio area for enjoying an al fresco dinner on a balmy evening. Rounding off the outside space is a utility area. Beyond the garden is a footpath leading to the nearby golf course, Shire Horse sanctuary and a walk into East Runton. There is private parking on the driveway for two cars.

A wonderful property really spacious perfect location to explore the area, the property had everything you need to enjoy your holiday would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future

Really enjoyed our stay,home from home,so peaceful , very comfortable and warm Well equipped throughout, especially the kitchen Good quality bed linen and towels, beds very comfortable Ensuite shower excellent ,plenty of hot water and good heating system Loved the conservatory so warm even on cool days Great area , walking distance to a fabuRead morelous beach ,pub ,shop and a great tea room and the Shire horse centre great bus service to Sheringham, Cromer and beyond Thank you for a great holiday Hide
