The property sits along The Moor, an historic part of Reepham, a characterful little town with an array of friendly shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Reepham dates back to Norman times and features a wealth of charming buildings dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. Just a little further afield are the sandy beaches at Cromer and Sheringham, the city of Norwich, and Blickling Hall, all within 20 miles.

A couple of steps lead up to the cottage and then into a welcoming lounge/diner with a Smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table by the window, and a charming feature fireplace in a brick surround. Heading through, a compact kitchen has plenty of equipment for rustling up your favourite dishes. A steep and characterful cottage-style staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a refreshing bathroom and a choice of two king-size bedrooms, one of which can be made up as a twin room on request. One of the bedrooms also has a Smart TV, perfect for a lazy lie-in.

Stepping outside, the back garden has an artificial grass lawn and a small patio area with outdoor furniture and ambient string lighting, offering a peaceful spot for dining alfresco or for enjoying a morning coffee. A handy outhouse houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Roadside parking is available for one car, and there’s also a free car park in the town.

Beautiful cottage, modern and well laid out. Some lovely touches to make it feel like home. Dogs welcome not just accepted, dog treats included in the welcome pack. We would have no hesitation in recommending.

The cottage was lovely, we had a cosy stay for a long weekend. It's nicely decorated and furnished, in particular the master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen equipment supplied was ample and well maintained, and the dishwasher a nice treat. Hosts were very welcoming. Local area was nice, quiet but not secluded, shops and pubs/restaRead moreurants in walking distance. There were some good countryside walks which can be done from the cottage. Hide
