Providing charming, dog-friendly accommodation on a working farm, this fantastic holiday retreat invites families and friends to enjoy a peaceful stay in nature. Surrounded by the rolling landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales and Swaledale, this location is the dream holiday for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. Only 5 miles away, Richmond is a lively market town with a cobbled marketplace, a plethora of cafes, and an imposing Norman fortress with incredible panoramic views and riverside strolls. Those seeking a scenic walk in the countryside, Gayles to Kirby Hall offers 4 miles of breathtaking landscape, while the Ravensworth to Gilling West is an 8-mile loop with woodland and valley views. Further afield, the Dales' undulating terrain provides hours of hiking and sightseeing, and it's within 9 miles. And, when you're wrapping up your day, head to the cosy inn in Ravensworth for a hearty meal and a pint of Yorkshire's finest.

Step up to the decked veranda and into your rustic wooden cabin. The wood-panelled ceilings and round timber log walls create a warm, textured and cocooning environment that beckons guests to unwind at once. Drop off your boots and coats before going into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner for some well-earned relaxation. In the living space, toast your feet in front of the wood burner, while catching up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. At the rear of the cabin, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Range cooker and coffee machine allows you to prepare any meal with ease. This space is complemented by a solid wooden dining table with seating for six, as well as a breakfast bar for two. When it’s time to turn in, three spacious bedrooms await. First is the king-size bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with WC. A double bedroom is just as charming and provides ample storage, while a charming small double bedroom is ideal for children or extra guests. All bedrooms boast TVs. Finishing off the interior is the characterful bathroom with bath, shower and WC and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Each morning, step outside with your frothy coffee and enjoy the rolling countryside, no matter the season or wander across to the on site cafe and enjoy a home cooked breakfast. The hot tub creates the perfect end to the perfect day, while the BBQ and the pizza oven make alfresco dining easy. And, when you want to gaze upon the skies, warm up beside the crackling flames of the firepit and sit beneath the stars.
