Lovely apartment with stunning views, comfortable bed. Balcony could do with a good clean, but a great place to sit and enjoy the view. The underground parking was great and a lift from there to the top floor made the unloading of luggage very easy. Situated in the heart of westward Ho, with some lovely restaurants within very easy reach. Mixed feelings. The view is stupendous. The furnishings and facilities are all decent, bed was comfy and location is mega convenient. However, I cannot recommend staying in any of the top floor apartments in the building. The design of the building means that under certain types of weather (a strong wind from certain directions) the roof is very noRead moreisy. To the point it woke me up in the middle of the night and I normally sleep like a baby. You may stay here for 2 weeks and not be affected at all, but I would not take the risk, certainly not outside of the summer. This is not the fault of the owner and I appreciated their honesty when I asked them if it was normal. In addition there are very loud expansion type noises when the sun comes up in the morning and warms up the metal work on the outside. I would look at staying in another apartment in the same building, just not on the top floor. Hide
