This penthouse apartment has sea glimpses from its roof top terrace. A perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach and is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. With views of the Purbeck Hills from most of the rooms and all bedrooms with balconies, this spacious apartment is a perfect place for a family to stay. 

There is a lift and allocated parking. The town centre is a 15 minute walk along the seafront. The sandy Beaches at Swanage make an perfect playground whatever the season for all ages. The vibrant seaside town center offers a varied mix of shops, eateries and bars.

This corner of Dorset is beautiful and there is no better place to explore it from than Swanage. Within a easy drive you can find yourself clambering a castle at Corfe Castle, wandering a historic abandoned village at Tyneham and taking in the natural beauty of Durdle Door.

This apartment was extremely good value for our weeks stay in April. It is in a fantastic location for walking into Swanage and great to have parking too (covered so your car doesnt get covered in gull mess). Well equipped inside and lovely having tea, coffee, biscuits and milk too. Far more kitchen equipment than a lot of places weve stayed atRead more, and loads of towels. The view from the rooftop is stunning - a great place for star gazing too. The only downside was that the apartment does get very hot when the suns out, but opening up the rooftop door and a balcony door does release the heat quickly when theres a breeze. We did have a light stop working during our stay, but this was fixed before we returned that day - excellent service from Original Cottages and the owner for sorting that so quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again if staying in the area. Hide

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Outside spaces lovely especially the roof! Great that each balcony has its own furniture. Beds and sofas comfortable and cosy.

Very well equipped property in a great location. Does get very hot within the property and doors can be opened to let air in plus fans supplied for each room. Parking is a bonus but there is no direct access to the lift from the parking area - which is for 2 small cars parked one in front of the other - so access is round the corner via front door.Read more An excellent property for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Lovely flat, clean and comfortable. Loved the roof terrace and balconies in each room. Quick walk to beach and close to town, location ideal. Unfu very hot in the bedrooms despite the fans provided.

Flat 9 Broadleys is a nice apartment,lovely views&the balconies are a big bonus.Some aspects reflect its 3 star rating but it comfortable ,fairly well equipipped and always very clean&warm.

A very comfortable apartment. Excellent , well equipped kitchen. Light, spacious and warm. The lift was so useful and there was good parking. We loved the walk into town along the beach.

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Location allows for a pleasant walk into town and easy access to less busy beaches at this end of Swanage. Roof terrace with beautiful views is a bonus together with onsite parking. Apartment is well equipped and clean on arrival.

Property was good in all aspects apart from ventilation. On arrival, the inside of the property was very hot. Instructions suggested opening all the doors/windows to air the property. None of the bedrooms had opening windows which was a problem at night as rooms became very hot. Due to it being very windy we couldn't have the doors in the bedrooms Read moreopen at night. The weather wasn't exceptionally hot while we were there. If it was then I think sleeping in the property would have been difficult. This issue would prevent me booking this property again. Hide
