A contemporary house in scenic East Norfolk, this welcoming retreat offers excellent access to the coast and Norfolk Broads. Sleeping up to six guests and accommodating three dogs, the three-bedroom hideaway is situated in the village of Rollesby, a 5 minute walk from the local shop, and 9 miles from Great Yarmouth. Access to the beautiful Broads (1 mile) is just a 5 minute drive, perfect for those who love water, walking or cycling. Potter Heigham is a 7-minute drive away (4 miles), where you can book a day cruiser to take out along the waterways. Head to Winterton (4.5 miles), to swim in the sea, picnic on the sand or watch colonies of seals lolling on the sand with their pups in the winter months. Great Yarmouth provides all the fun of a traditional British seaside experience, while the local Broadland villages and their dog friendly beaches offer a more picturesque and tranquil experience.

Stepping inside this welcoming home, you will find an immaculate kitchen. Kitted out with a range of stylish high-gloss units and integrated appliances, this encompasses everything you will need and more, for self-catering during your stay. There is a bar table, perfect for coffee and breakfast, double electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and heated dryer for drying off your hot tub towels and costumes in the winter months. Double doors from the kitchen offer access to the lounge/diner. Make yourselves comfortable on the plush L-shaped sofa to find your current boxset on the 55” smart TV, play games or indulge in a lively discussion about the activities of the following day. The dining table seats eight so there is plenty of space for dining in or enjoying a local take out. French doors lead to the garden and hot tub. Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms: the master king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double under the eaves, and a third bedroom, which features a single trundle bed, which can be made up into two singles or a king-size on request. The family bathroom, which has a large shower and WC, completes this floor.

Step out into the Norfolk sunshine on spring and summer days and BBQ the tasty local produce. After a busy day out, relax in the hot tub and watch the starry sky above. You may even get to wish on a shooting star! There is private, off-road parking for three cars.
