Escape to Cornwall’s north coast and stay at this stylish apartment in Carbis Bay. The seaside retreat welcomes four guests and suits couples, friends, and small families, with a sociable, open-plan layout and two comfortable bedrooms. Carbis Bay boasts a magnificent beach (0.5 miles) with soft, golden sand and calm waters, making it a popular spot for paddleboarding. The South West Coast Path passes through Carbis Bay and a 2-mile jaunt will bring you to the vibrant seaside town of St Ives (alternatively, hop on the train, the station is just 0.5 miles away). Here, you can amble along the scenic cobbled streets and visit the many boutiques, galleries, and studios. The town also has a fantastic range of eateries. Further afield, enjoy day trips to the Penzance, or visit one of Cornwall’s iconic landmarks such as St Michael’s Mount or The Minack Theatre (all within 18 miles).


Enter the ground-floor apartment into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is decorated in a contemporary style with nautical-themed soft furnishings and accessories. Along one wall is a sleek kitchen area where you can prepare tasty meals, which you can share at the charming built-in dining area under the window. The opposite end of the room is home to an inviting lounge area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. From the hallway, you’ll find two delightful bedrooms – a double and a twin (which can be arranged as a super king-size bed on request) – which continue the coastal theme of the property. A refreshing shower room with a rainfall shower rounds off this seaside bolthole.


Outside, to the front of the apartment, is a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day or an al fresco supper in summer months. You’ll have an allocated parking space in the car park adjacent to the property.

Lovely holiday home, extremely comfy beds! Everything you needed in the kitchen. And was lovely to have outdoor seating for a morning coffee and evening drink! Allocated Parking is always a bonus. Train station so handy, 2min ride to St Ives (about 5 return for family of 4) Beautiful Carbis Bay beach -walking distance- down hill, but very doable! ARead more great holiday had by us all. Hide
