Scenic walking routes begin right from the doorstep, with Wistlandpound Reservoir, just half a mile away, providing a serene setting for strolls. The South West Coast Path is within easy reach at 5 miles away, while nearby highlights include Lynton and Lynmouth (10 miles), Combe Martin (5 miles), and the popular surfing beach at Woolacombe (12 miles). Arlington Court, managed by the National Trust, lies 3 miles away, and Watermouth Castle (7.5 miles) is a great option for a family day out.

Step inside the main farmhouse through the porch into a warm and welcoming interior, styled in soft, neutral shades and enhanced by carefully selected furnishings and artwork. There are two comfortable living spaces on the ground floor, both perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors; one features a Smart TV, while the other includes a wood burner to create a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. At the heart of the home is a spacious kitchen and dining area, complete with modern units, extensive work surfaces, and an eye-catching exposed beam overhead. This sociable space is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying long, relaxed dinners together. A modern shower room completes the ground floor layout. Upstairs, you’ll find five attractive bedrooms — three king-size and two twins, one with an additional daybed — alongside a stylish family bathroom, an additional shower room, and a snug/games room. The annexe offers further well-planned accommodation: three bedrooms (one double and two twins), a comfortable living room with SMART TV, and a family bathroom, with shower over bath.
