New to the collection in 2026, accommodating up to four guests, this thoughtfully updated and beautifully decorated holiday cottage makes a delightful retreat for couples and smaller families enjoying a peaceful break together. Set in the quiet village of Hunningham, the immediate area offers a range of scenic walking loops from the doorstep. Take a 1.5 mile stroll over open fields to Hilltop Farm, where you can pick up local produce at the farm shop or enjoy locally sourced food in the cafe. The historic town of Royal Leamington Spa is just 6 miles away, offering a wealth of great places to eat and drink, alongside popular attractions including Jephson Gardens, Newbold Comyn Country Park, and the Royal Pump Rooms Art Gallery and Museum. Warwick is also within easy reach (10.5 miles), home to the stunning medieval Warwick Castle as well as some lovely parks and friendly restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Other notable landmarks include Kenilworth Castle, Stoneleigh Abbey, and Hatton Adventure World (all within 13 miles). Adventure a little further to Stratford-upon-Avon (18 miles) to discover popular attractions such as Shakespeare's Birthplace and Anne Hathaway's Cottage or visit The National Trusts' Charlecote Park for the day.

Entering this inviting cottage, you will be greeted by the sweet and colourful lounge with a Smart TV, ample soft seating, and a roaring wood burner. Featuring timber beams and stable-style doors, the airy lounge is an ideal space for everyone to settle back and unwind after a great day out. Heading through, the elegantly arranged galley-style kitchen/diner has a sociable dining table and ample equipment for preparing your favourite dishes. Completing the ground floor is a useful utility area and a refreshing family bathroom, beautifully tiled and boasting a free-standing roll-top bath with a rainfall shower over bath. Heading upstairs, you will find two bright and spacious bedrooms. The first is a master super king-size room with a handy desk space and zip-and-link feature that can convert to two single beds on request, there's also a built in cupboard space for storage. Completing the interior, the second bedroom offers a restful double bed with open wardrobe.

A really nice country cottage in a quiet village within easy reach of all the attractions of South Warwickshire and some great rural walks. Just a few steps away from the excellent and welcoming Red Lion pub.
