The cottage is very well appointed, clean, light and in first class decorative order, comfortable beds and good showers, Unfortunately the lounge furniture, settee large chair and bucket seat were in my opinion along with the courtyard furniture so uncomfortable as to be to not fit for purpose, The wooden bench outside the front door had large ruRead moresty nails exposed. Car parking in the lay by at the top of the path was a concern at first but proved to be unfounded and worked fine. Great shop nearby and the Butt and Oyster pub has great food good range of beer and wines and fantastic service Hide

A lovely cottage, in a quiet location , beautifully decorated, super clean and very well equipped. Stairs are steep but OK, and the parking works well out of season but whether it would be so easy in mid summer i'm not sure. Lovely garden and a real babbling brook.

The cottage was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The location is perfect for walks and is well located for anything else if you wish to travel out from it. The evening strolls to the river were lovely.

Beautiful cottage, very well laid out. Well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and it felt very welcoming and homely. Lots to see and do within a 30 min drive and was nice to walk down to the estuary in the evening.
