Set in the quiet and pretty village of Goldsithney, in the heart of the Cornish countryside, this lovely cottage is perfect for a family of four or a group of friends or couples who love adventuring and exploring. The cottage is within just a few steps of a couple of very good pubs and a well stocked village shop. The atmospheric town of Marazion (1.5 miles) has a lovely beach and several pubs, shops, galleries and cafes. Here is where you can access the causeway to the breathtaking St Michael's Mount, an ancient tidal island crowned by a medieval church and castle. Other nearby beaches include family friendly Perranuthnoe (1.3 miles) and Praa Sands (3.3 miles), both of which have lovely beach cafes where you can enjoy a bite to eat whilst admiring the views. Slightly further afield is 3 miles of golden sand in Hayle (6.5 miles), part of St Ives Bay, voted the UK's best beach in 2024 by The Times. Join the scenic South West Coast Path and soak up spectacular views of this lovely corner of the country. Enjoy a visit to the charming town of Penzance (6.5 miles), which is home to an open-air lido, a range of shops and eateries, and a couple of lovely museums and galleries. Goldsithney itself has a lovely and lively annual Charter Fair on the first Saturday of August, where the village comes alive with a parade, live music and fun for all the family. There are also walks to enjoy straight from the doorstep in this pretty rural area. There is a good bus service from the village itself where you can explore many areas of Cornwall easily without the need for a car. There is also a train station just a few miles away either in Penzance or in St Erth.

Step into the hallway of this charming home and shake off your walking boots before heading through to the open-plan kitchen/diner. The stylish kitchen has everything you need to create meals for all occasions, with plenty of surface and storage space, and the dining area has a table where you can all eat together. Once you have finished your meal, choose from one of two lounge areas. The main living room, set under a beamed ceiling, has a large, comfortable sofa, a warming wood burner, and a Smart TV so you can get stuck into a movie. Alternatively, get cosy in the snug/conservatory, reached via a couple of steps, which has further comfortable seating and overlooks the lovely garden. A downstairs WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, on the first floor, are two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin. These share a good sized family bathroom containing a separate shower, bath, and a WC.

Outside, via the conservatory doors, is a patio area with seating where you can enjoy an al fresco meal. Take a few steps up to a lawn space that is fully enclosed. On-street parking is available.
