This cottage has the bones of a good holiday let, however we arrived to a very weedy sitting out area, weed on pots, no welcome pack and no instruction folder. Everything was switched off and we had to find everything out for ourselves. The storage heater switches were taped over, the log burner had a note in it saying it was unsafe. It also had tRead morehe TV balanced on it! This left two oil filled radiators, one of which had lost its wheels and was sat on a cork place mat. The sofas were very low and uncomfortable. The positives were that the bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom is also of a good standard but lacks any heating. It really needs a heated towel rail. Hide
