This sweet two-bed cottage puts you in the heart of Warwickshire’s lovely countryside, with the village of Wellesbourne (1.5 miles) being ideal for essentials and a meal out. It’s ideal for a couple or small family keen on a restful break. At Stratford-upon-Avon (5 miles) you can take a deep dive into Shakespeare’s world, visiting the Bard’s birthplace and perhaps catching a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Walkers and cyclists are spoiled for choice too, with plenty of peaceful waymarked trails nearby along with access to National Cycle Route 41 just 0.5 miles away. If you fancy exploring further afield, the northern edge of the Cotswolds offers classic market towns like Chipping Campden, Broadway, and Stow-on-the-Wold all within 20 miles – perfect for browsing and lazy lunches. National Trust gems are also plentiful, including Anne Hathaway’s Cottage (8 miles), Charlecote Park (1 mile), and the renowned gardens at Hidcote (12.5 miles).

On arrival, take a moment to admire the traditional brick exterior of this former coach house, then step inside to a light-filled open-plan living space. It has an appealing grey and white colour scheme and bifold doors so you can easily pop into the garden. The kitchen-diner, complete with apron sink and a range cooker to inspire your inner chef, has everything you need for meal prep plus a breakfast bar for morning coffee or relaxed meals. In the lounge area, the corner sofa sets you up for cosy evenings beside the wood burner while watching the Smart TV. Both bedrooms are styled with calm, modern finishes – one a generous king-size, the other a welcoming single. The chic shower room features a spacious double walk-in rainfall shower and a WC.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard showcasing a covered area with table, chairs and chiminea for unwinding outdoors. You’ll also have a parking space within the owner’s grounds.
