Once inside, you are met with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is to the left and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Next, there is an inviting sofa beside a Smart TV, a wood burner-effect electric fire and a dining area can be found just opposite. A door leads from this space into the twin bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room with a WC. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height.
