We loved staying here - a really lovely house in a fantastic location right next to Vindolanda and only a miles walk to Hadrians Wall, yet also very peaceful. Very comfortable all-round, including the beds. Very well equipped. Altogether, a great place for our summer holiday.

Codley Gare Farmhouse is in a tranquil setting, being quiet and isolated from traffic and other properties which is what we wanted. We were so lucky with the weather for the time of year so made the most of the garden. We saw deer, hares and heard a cuckoo.
