This delightful cottage, located in the heart of the beautiful village of Combe Martin, is ideal for friends and families seeking a relaxing seaside getaway with easy access to the scenic coast and countryside of Devon. The property is only 100 metres from the lovely, sheltered beach at Coombe Martin, which is a popular choice for rock pooling, paddleboarding and kayaking around the dramatic coastline, where you’ll discover quiet beaches for a picnic. Stroll around the village shops, cafes, and restaurants and pick up the South West Coast Path to enjoy plenty of trails. Enjoy a family day out, with plenty of activities for all ages, at Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park or at historic Watermouth Castle, both within 2 miles. Alternatively, Exmoor National Park is less than 1 mile away, where you can mountain bike and walk, discovering the wild moorland, woodland and coastal landscapes.

Take the steps up to the front door of this welcoming bungalow, which offers outstanding views across Coombe Martin Bay. The property is inviting, and the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has plenty of space to relax together and socialise. Light colours, plenty of windows, and doors leading out to the patio areas ensure a light and airy feel. The decor and artwork reflect themes of nature, and the surrounding landscapes and exposed beams bring a touch of rustic charm. The main lounge area has plenty of plush seating for everyone to sink into and unwind after a busy day of activities: enjoy an afternoon tea, read or catch up with a box set on the Smart TV. Head through to the generously sized, sleek kitchen, and you will find all the appliances you need to make meal preparation a breeze. As an added treat, you can dine together with one of the best window seats in the house – a splendid view of the coastline. Walk through the hallway to find the first of three bedrooms – a king-size, boasting an en-suite shower room with a WC and plenty of storage space. Two steps up lead to two cheerful twin rooms that share a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The outside space has plenty of room to unwind, with a terrace and outdoor furniture to the front of the house, where you can enjoy breakfast or al fresco dining while watching the waves gently lap the shore.
