This gorgeous two-storey house with glimpses of the the Helford River is in the ideal location for families and friends seeking a tranquil holiday in an idyllic location. Surrounded by scenic countryside, it is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cornish coast’s breathtaking beaches and attractions. Helford is only 300 metres away and ideal for slowing down and having fun crabbing, enjoying a morning swim or admiring the beautiful creek that inspired Daphne du Maurier’s novel, Frenchman’s Creek. The magnificent botanical gardens at Trebah, shaped by this part of Cornwall’s unique micro-climate, and its sandy beach are just 14 miles away. The fascinating town of Falmouth is less than 20 miles away; discover its maritime heritage and explore Pendennis Castle. Alternatively, put on your walking boots and head out to the South West coastal path to explore the trails and cliff walks along the Lizard Peninsula, just 11.5 miles away.

A beautiful house in a great location. We had a fantastic stay here. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the large fridge ((and separate wine fridge!) which are both useful for a bigger group. Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room downstairs to sit and relax. Lots of thoughtful touches like the umbrellas, games, welcome pack. A short Read morewalk from the local pub which does good food.
