This cottage is located in the centre of a lovely village with two good pubs, and a famous beach cafe, within walking distance. It is a former estate worker's cottage and therefore one must expect it to be small and fairly dark inside, but it makes up for this with plenty of character. At the time of our visit (April 2026) the cottage lacked TLC. TRead morehis could so easily be put right by the owner and caretaker. Hide

The cottage was warm and comfy and an excellent location. However , there were a number of nigally small things which needed fixing , including lights , not working. We got the impression that the owners didn't really bother much, which is a shame.
