A stunning single story contemporary 3-bedroom house in Constantine Bay. Situated in a peaceful location where the soft sandy beach of Constantine Bay, widely considered one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall is only a 5-minute walk away. Constantine Bay is one of the ’seven bays for seven days’ in the locality, all with their own individual charm, connected by the Southwest Coastal path and other wonderful walking routes. Direct Bus routes to either Padstow or Mawgan Porth/Newquay is just 200 meters away. The Championship course mere 400 meters away that welcomes not only golfers, tennis & enthusiasts but also anyone wishing to socialise, eat & drink. The excellent local store is well stocked for all your needs & is only a short stroll away. The quaint Gastronomic & fishing town of Padstow is just 4 miles away where there are many fantastic pubs, bars & restaurants including celebrity chefs flagship restaurants which are fantastic for a special occasion. You might be tempted to take the Rock foot ferry to explore further afield restaurants. Back closer to home is the village of St Merryn where you will find local pubs & other various eateries.

Enter through the entrance hallway and into the light, spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner featuring a contemporary design with soothing neutral tones, pops of colour and beautiful, homely touches. The heart of this home-away-from-home perfectly blends sophistication with cosy charm. From the whole of the indoor living space, you can enjoy wonderful sea views. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling patio doors with sea views, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two has a super king size zip and link bed that can also be used as a twin. Bedroom Three is a double and all of the bedrooms share an elegant contemporary design.

Step outside from the floor-to-ceiling patio doors onto the full width decking and enjoy the comfortable casual seating whilst soaking up the sea views. There is a beautiful patio area to one side of the property with table, parasol & seating for 6 people. A barbecue is there for relaxed al-fresco dining and there is plenty of lawned area with attractive planting all in the safely enclosed garden. Outside, you’ll also find a storage shed with plenty of space for water sports equipment and beach gear, as well as private parking for two cars with further parking available if needed.

The property is large and comfortable the beds were very comfortable as I've stayed where they weren't. Having two bathrooms was a great feature. A modern kitchen to cook in was a delight as I can't have takeaways. The location was Ideal. A lovely holiday destination.
