A lovely cottage to stay in. It had everything we needed, was nice and comfortable and was in a really quiet location. Melanie was a lovely host and nearby if we needed her. Exeter was in easy reach and the surrounding heathlands were wonderful to walk on (and good for birds).

The cottage was ideal and there were lots of places to go that were less than 30 minutes away. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

Great cottage in a very handy location. Very comfortable and a lovely garden area. Melanie could not be more helpful (whilst maintaining her guests' privacy). We really enjoyed our stay.

We were made to feel very welcome by the host. The cottage was warm, clean and comfortable in lovely, peaceful surroundings. It is in a convenient location for visits to Exeter, the Jurassic coastline including Budleigh Salterton, Beer and Sidmouth. We enjoyed the railway journey from Exmouth into Exeter.
