Outdoorsy families will adore the range of scenic spaces nearby, from the sweeping Windsor Great Park (0.9 miles) to the blooming borders and woodland walks of The Savill Garden (1 mile). History lovers can explore the iconic Windsor Castle (4 miles) and wander along the riverside paths of Runnymede, the historic site where the Magna Carta was sealed in 1215 (2 miles). Big days out come easily too, whether you’re plucking up courage to go on the rides at LEGOLAND Windsor (5 miles) or treating the kids to the magic of Lapland UK (10 miles).

Step inside this architect-designed, newly renovated Grade II–listed six-bedroom home and you’ll find a beautifully flowing layout that makes it perfect for gatherings, getaways, and relaxed family holidays. Starting on the ground floor, a series of inviting reception rooms welcome you in. Wander through to the snug/lounge, where a Smart TV and an open fire create a cosy atmosphere for movie nights or quiet evenings in. Large windows frame lovely views of the garden, adding to the sense of calm. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty meals, and the open-plan breakfast area offers a bright, relaxed spot to start your day while gazing out over the long-reaching garden views. For more formal or celebratory occasions, the grand dining room provides an elegant space to enjoy memorable dinners. A practical utility room is also located on this floor. Children have their own dedicated playroom, fully stocked with toys and games to keep them entertained, and it even includes a pull-out bed ideal for little ones. The playroom leads on to two inviting bedrooms, a double and a king, set side by side, along with a modern bathroom featuring a shower-over-bath. There’s also a handy WC nearby for convenience. Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll discover a bright, rustic yet contemporary lounge with charming garden views, the perfect place to unwind with a book, stargaze through the large telescope, or relax in front of the Smart TV. An additional open fire adds warmth and cosiness during the cooler months. When it’s time to turn in, the master suite offers true holiday luxury. It features a super-king-size bed and a stunning open-plan area with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower-over-bath. Just a few steps down, an additional single bed overlooks the gardens, perfect for families who want to stay close. Further along the spacious landing, there is a double bedroom, a super-king zip-and-link room that can be set up as a twin, a bunk room, and an extra bathroom for added comfort.

Outside, the property truly comes into its own. Set within 1.5 acres of gently sloping lawns, mature trees, and colourful planting, the gardens feel wonderfully private and tranquil. Hidden seating areas and sun-drenched corners invite pure relaxation, while the enclosed garden offers outdoor seating, a BBQ area, and plenty of space for families to play. In the summer months, sun loungers surround the heated outdoor pool. You can relax in the hot tub all year round with a glass of fizz under the stars.
