Heading south, the impressive Aysgarth Falls can be found along the route of the River Ure (10.5 miles). To the south-west, the characterful market town of Hawes (10.5 miles) is home to a choice of pubs and restaurants as well as the Dales Countryside Museum and the Wensleydale Creamery.
Entering the cottage, the welcoming hallway has plenty of space for coats and boots before you head through to the snug and cheerful lounge. This colourfully decorated and traditionally furnished room is an ideal space in which to relax, with plush seating, a lovely wood burner and a Smart TV. Exploring this light-filled getaway further, you will find the rustic-style kitchen/diner, with a beamed ceiling, ample equipment and a country farmhouse table. The ground floor also features a WC and a utility room. Heading upstairs, there's a chic bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The first floor also features two cosy bedrooms: a pretty king-size room and a spacious quad room with four single beds.
