The house is approached via a shared gated entrance, then up a gently sloping, stepped pathway leading to the veranda. Step inside to a handy lobby that flows into a cosy lounge, with the dining area just to the rear and a door out to a decked terrace for fresh-air breakfasts or sunset drinks. The well-equipped kitchen sits just beyond, along with a convenient downstairs shower room and WC. Head upstairs from the lobby to a landing where you’ll find three restful bedrooms – a super-king-size with dual-aspect sea views over the village, harbour and out to sea, a second double and a bunk room that also benefits from sea views.
