When you’re ready to explore further, Wells-next-the-Sea (1.5 miles) has colourful beach huts, fish-and-chips lunches and a pretty harbour to wander around. Chic Burnham Market (4 miles) and the Georgian town of Holt (13 miles) make lovely destinations for browsing boutiques, while Morston (8 miles) is your starting point for seal-watching trips along the coast.
