We wanted a tranquil escape and that is exactly what we got at Roe Deer Lodge - an absolute gem. The setting is idyllic (helped by the snow) and the lodge is set by a babbling brook nestled in a valley. The lodge is well equipped, clean and cosy and very tastefully thought out. They are very knowledgeable and helped us find a lovely walk to the local hamlet to get supplies. If you want a relaxing break in the perfect setting, you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to go back in the summer. Hide
