Less than a mile away, you’ll find Rock Beach with its beautiful sands and views across the estuary to the popular harbour town of Padstow, which you can reach by ferry to save you a 15-mile inland drive. Families can enjoy the multiple attractions at Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, which is less than 10 miles away. Otherwise, you can visit the famous historic house, Grade II-listed gardens and Iron Age fort at Pencarrow, 9 miles away.

This is an impressive contemporary home, stylishly decorated with spacious, light, and airy rooms featuring high ceilings and wooden floors that open onto a balcony with a large wooden decking area. The living areas are upstairs to make the most of the scenic views. Upstairs is the large lounge, perfect for socialising, complete with a wood burner, sofas, bean bags and a library, whilst there is a separate sitting room for children.
