A lovely property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the Rock Road, and away from the hustle and bustle of Rock, this is the ideal location for a tranquil holiday for friends and families. It’s an easy drive to experience the North Cornish coast and attractions, and only a mile walk to reach pretty Porthilly Cove, or Rock’s amenities. From Rock Beach, you can walk along to Daymer Bay (1 mile) and Polzeath Beach (3 miles) or hop on the Rock ferry and travel across to the picturesque harbour town of Padstow, renowned for its independent shops and seafood restaurants. Head 5 miles to the market town of Wadebridge, where you can bicycle or walk along the Camel Trail. Alternatively, Pencarrow House and garden has a house with 500 years of history, an Iron Age fort and beautiful gardens to explore, and is just 8 miles away.

This contemporary bungalow boasts a chic, warm, and homely atmosphere, with an abundance of natural light and an open-plan layout that offers inviting spaces to socialise. There is an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area, with a cosy living space positioned beside the kitchen; the perfect space to watch a film or play games. The kitchen has everything to take care of your catering needs and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The main dining table affords views across the garden, and in summer, open the doors to the patio to let the outside in. In the evenings, the TV room at the front of the property with a Smart TV is ideal for a movie night or a quiet space to relax on the sofa and read or take in the views across the front garden. There is a family bathroom, an additional shower room and four inviting bedrooms with plenty of hanging space – one king-size, two twins and one single.

A small front garden with a wooden bench and lawn, and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn and a patio make for ideal spaces for relaxing and entertaining, respectively. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ for dining alfresco. Private parking for two cars is provided – additional on-street parking available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

A lovely property close to lots of beautiful places within a short drive. Pub at end of road was great! Felt very at home and enjoyed the relaxing stay very much!

Sea Willow is a beautiful contemporary bungalow set in a small quiet estate 5 minutes drive from Rock. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay. It feels very homely, warm and comfortable. It was a perfect stay for us, comfortable and spacious. The light open living spaces were perfect to spend time enjoying the sunshine. Really comfortable furniture and the beds were perfect, a better nights sleep than I usually have at home. The location was excellent and we enjoyed a couple of days exploring the local coast.
