Situated within the heart of Polzeath, away from busy roads, this striking two-storey property with a fusion of wooden cladding and white walls is in an ideal location for a tranquil seaside getaway for families. All that’s separating you from Polzeath Beach is a scenic footpath hugging the coastline and winding its way to the golden sands, where you can relax, swim or go surfing. If you do want to drive, then there is easy access to the North Cornish coast and its varied attractions. The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, with its narrow winding streets, whitewashed cottages, and famous seafood restaurant, is just 7 miles away. Alternatively, Wadebridge, 7 miles away on the River Camel, is the gateway to the walking, cycling and horse riding route along the Camel Trail. The family-friendly historic Pencarrow House and Garden also features an Iron Age Fort and is only 10.5 miles away.

This is a lovely contemporary home, elegantly decorated with spacious rooms, wooden floors throughout and nautical lighting. There is a ramp to the front door, and then you step into the ground floor with three exquisitely decorated bedrooms, each with a unique style. The two double bedrooms exude a relaxed coastal ambience, and one has an ‘undersea’ feature wall. A third bunk bedroom is perfect for children, with two sets of bunk beds. The beds can fit two small adults. A family bathroom with a rainfall shower is close to the bedrooms. On the first floor is an impressive open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which opens out onto a Juliet balcony. Large windows flood the whole area with natural light. In the lounge area, relax on the sofa, cosy in front of the contemporary wood burner or watch a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and a large island with seating for informal meals or drinks.

A private decking area at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and a BBQ is the perfect, sheltered spot to relax or enjoy dining alfresco. Parking is provided for one car outside the property in a shared parking area.

Seabreeze suited our needs and budget, the interiors were of a high standard and we loved it's location. We have been coming to Polzeath for 17 years and it was the best holiday in Polzeath we have had.

Seabreeze really fitted the needs of my family. The contemporary style, fresh feel and stunning location made it the perfect place to say - great for families with young children who take everything but the kitchen sink to the beach!
