A captivating two-storey property tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac above Polzeath, it is the ideal location for a peaceful holiday for families or friends, and an easy drive to explore the North Cornish coast and amenities. Half a mile away is Polzeath Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, relaxing on the beach or taking lunch and enjoying a coastal walk along the South West Coast Path towards Daymer Bay and Rock to one side or Pentire Point and The Rumps to the other. From Rock (3 miles), you can take the ferry over to the picturesque fishing town of Padstow and explore the harbour, independent shops and seafood eateries. The market town of Wadebridge is 7 miles away and is a gateway to the Camel Trail, which you can walk or bike. Otherwise, you can visit the historic Pencarrow House and Garden, 10 miles away.

This is a splendid contemporary home, elegantly decorated with a blend of rustic charm and nautical notes and superb attention to detail. Three steps lead to the entrance, and on this level, you’ll find all four of the beautiful bedrooms and the family bathroom. The king-sized bedroom features a TV for lazy mornings, an en-suite bathroom with a stylish combination of wooden floors, crisp white decor, and dual aspect valley and sea views. The second king-size bedroom and twin rooms both feature valley views, and the bunk room features two sets of bunk beds and plenty of storage space. This combination of bedrooms offers flexibility for your party. Heading downstairs, note the chunky rope handrail on one side, which brings you to the expansive living areas. These open-plan spaces ensure that everyone feels involved, regardless of what is happening. The kitchen has all the appliances you need for cooking and features dual-aspect views out to sea, whilst a rustic dining table with built-in seating is the heart of this gathering space. After dinner, head to the lounge with wooden oars adorning the wall and relax on the sumptuous sofas in front of the Smart TV. Alternatively, upstairs is a TV room that features a table football and a Smart TV, making it a perfect hideout for the children.

A large safe and secure garden with a lawn, trampoline and a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ, makes an ideal space for kids to play and families to relax and dine alfresco on fine days. Private parking for one car is provided, and there is on-street parking directly outside the property.

The layout is great for a group booking and was nice to have the games room with TV when you wanted your own space. Lovely garden and interior. Also great having the back gate for a shorter walk to and from the beach which was much appreciated when you are in wet and cold wetsuits carrying boards.
