A beautiful apartment situated away from the road that runs through Polzeath, it is the ideal location for a tranquil seaside holiday for couples or small families, and an easy drive from the North Cornish coast, attractions and amenities. Polzeath Beach is less than half a mile walk away and offers fantastic surfing opportunities for all abilities, whilst Rock is a vibrant town where you can go sailing or catch the ferry across to the pretty harbour town of Padstow, where you can while away a day exploring the harbour and independent shops. The quintessentially Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac is just 7 miles away. It offers narrow alleys to explore, full of cafes and galleries, and has access to the South West Coast Path for cliffside walks. Otherwise, you can visit the famous historic house and garden of Pencarrow, 10 miles away.

The property was modern and clean and we loved the location. Everything was perfect.

The use of the space was excellent and it meant the apartment did not feel not cramped for the four of us. The quality of the finish was also great.
