Boasting a boutique-hotel ambience, this super-cool coastal property is the perfect setting for a grown-up gathering. Located within the peaceful Tristram Cliffs area it’s a fabulous base for outdoorsy types – pick up the South West Coast Path and you can be on Polzeath Beach within minutes, or head west instead and it’s a 3-mile ramble to Rock. Cross the Camel estuary here and you’ll reach foodie-favourite Padstow, or stay local and sample Polzeath’s own friendly range of eateries. Fully fuelled, you’ll be ready to explore the iconic Pentire headland, where there's history dating back to the Iron Age and a variety of sea birds to spot. If you’re in the mood for an adrenaline-boosting adventure, try coasteering or sea kayaking with Cornish Rock Tors, based at Port Gaverne (7 miles).

Sumptuous, super-cool and a showcase of impressive detailing, this drool-inducing property promises a holiday to remember. A reverse-level layout reveals three floors of tropical-style spaces where a party of 10 can enjoy time together or apart. When it’s time to sleep, descent the stairs or take the lift to the ground floor where the stunning master bedroom has an emperor bed, a Juliet balcony, TV and en-suite shower room. Sharing this level, another room has two bunks – each with a double bed beneath a single – and easy access to a separate cloakroom. There are two en-suites on the lower ground floor – the bathroom completes a sanctuary-like room with a king-sized four-poster bed, while the shower room is for guests occupying the beautiful twin-bedded room. A desk in the hallway offers a quiet working space for anyone who has to stay in contact with the outside world while here.

Your living space extends into the gorgeous gardens, where palms and aloes rise from beds of pebbles and there’s a range of areas where you can gaze across the Atlantic while enjoying al fresco food and refreshments. Fire up the BBQ as the sun sets for the ultimate in memory-making moments, and make use of the outdoor heated shower as you return from the beach with sandy toes. The wet room has laundry equipment and space to store your beach gear, while parking for five vehicles means you can unpack and forget about the car until it’s time to head home.

A perfectly located property for enjoying Polzeath and the surrounding area. Stunning accommodation which suited our adult family group with exceptional views of the bay!
