Full of natural light, this fabulous property sits within a sunny corner plot just off the main Rock Road. Just 1.5 miles away the golden sands of Rock Beach sit on the eastern side of the Camel Estuary; at low tide they stretch north to surfing favourite Polzeath Beach (2.3 miles) and in the other direction to the more serene Porthilly Cove. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy two challenging 18-hole courses at St Enodoc Golf Course and for walkers the South West Coast Path passes close by. Refuel at a range of eateries within easy reach of your doorstep or hop on the ferry to Padstow, where the picturesque harbour is complemented by a range of traditional pubs and smart restaurants.

Finely detailed and ideal for any party of eight, this welcoming home has companionable spaces both inside and out where friends or family can enjoy time together. Warm wooden floors lead from the hallway to a spacious, modern open-plan living and kitchen area, where the pale grey cabinets are offset by crisp white walls and the breakfast table has bench-style seating on each side. Our second stay at Oleaster. This year it is even better after the winter extension. We feel very at home here as the owners have thought of everything to make the holiday comfortable for their guests. We look forward to our third visit!

We've had a wonderful week at this beautifully presented bungalow in a very quiet location. It's been so relaxing and the weather has been amazing for April. We can't wait to return for a second visit next year.

I just wanted to say that this is a wonderful bungalow, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable for a relaxing holiday.
