Savour the relaxed seaside ambience and delicious restaurants of Rock (2.5 miles), from where you can hop on a ferry to Padstow, renowned for its culinary scene and iconic harbour.

Set amid a development of luxury flats, this penthouse enjoys an enviable corner plot and panoramic sea views. Accessed via a shared lift or two flights of stairs, head inside to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading to both balconies. A plush corner sofa and relaxed armchair invite relaxation after coastal rambles. Rustle up holiday picnics and delicious dinners in the stylish kitchen, savour casual nibbles at the breakfast bar, and enjoy meals with a view at a long dining table set beneath signature lights. When it’s time to rest your head, three sumptuous bedrooms offer flexible options for your group. The master has a super-king-size zip-and-link with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. Both balconies off the main living space feature bistro furniture; the side balcony is open, while the balcony to the front is covered. Two flights of stairs lead up to the rooftop garden where you can recline on outdoor sofas, prepare BBQs and cocktails with ease in the undercover kitchen, and dine alfresco at the picnic table. There’s a firepit for cool evenings, along with a convenient WC and surf store. Private parking is available for one car.

Although you cant find my details. I have stayed with you guys for a number of years. The cleanliness of the property is not as good as can be. Always uncomfortable to complete these forms. It feels in particular that the kitchen is a surface clean. The fridge in the kitchen was not good. We used the one in the utility room. The knife block was diRead morerty too. Some of the cupboard doors had prints on them it just feels like I say a surface clean. Please improve this as we love staying at the apartments- thank you. Please do thank all the ladies - that I always speak with before and during my stay they are amazing Hide
