Perched in a dreamy location overlooking the turquoise sweep of Daymer Bay, this spacious property provides a stylish coastal retreat for family gatherings and special occasions with your loved ones. Follow a private lane through fields to the golden sands and calm swimming waters of dog-friendly Daymer Bay, or lace up your walking shoes and set off along the coast path to find hidden coves and panoramic sea and estuary views. Keen golfers can play a round at St Enodoc Golf Club (2.5 miles), while surfers can catch a wave at Polzeath (just over a mile). Lively Rock village with its water sports, boutiques and eateries is 2.5 miles away, from where you can hop on a ferry to the popular fishing harbour of Padstow.

Approach slowly along an uneven private road to find this sprawling two-storey holiday home nestled amid greenery. Inside, this coastal abode is light-filled and spacious with neutral hues and plenty of cosy touches throughout. The open-plan living area forms the sociable heart of this property. A sunny lounge with dual-aspect sliding doors invites the sea breeze in, while a roaring fire provides cosiness in cooler months. This flows into a large, modern kitchen that’s well equipped for whipping up holiday feasts, with a breakfast bar, perfect for planning the day ahead. A separate dining room with garden views sets the scene for leisurely mealtimes on cooler days, while a utility room adds convenience. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor – a versatile room with zip-and-link beds and direct access to the terrace, plus a room with bunk beds and a single. They share access to a ground-floor family bathroom. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, the master suite with a super-king-size bed and sea views, a twin, and a versatile zip-and-link room with access to a large private balcony and sea views. Fantastic property with great views of padstow and the estuary. Short distance to the beach and south West coastal path. Property was well equipped and clean throughout. Would gladly come again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Cornwall. The location is unbeatable with stunning sea views, and the house itself is spacious, spotless, and very well designed. Everything was perfect peaceful atmosphere, great amenities, and super clean. Highly recommend, and wed definitely come back!

Perfect spot in Daymer Bay, very easy walk to the beach. Lovely private garden, amazing views, loads of space, well equipped and the pool table in the garage an added bonus. Really lovely comfortable house to relax in - quiet and peaceful but close to everything.

We loved our stay at Skylarks. It has an incredible position with stunning views across a beautiful garden onto the coastline beyond. It tempted us out for long stunning dog walks. The property is incredibly well equipped and spacious. It is light, fresh and immaculately clean. We couldnt fault it. We loved everything about Skylarks, particularly the wonderful views and the beautiful secluded garden, but the house itself is also very lovely, spacious, peaceful and full of light even on a rainy day.
