Perched above the golden sands of Polzeath Beach, this elegant Victorian terrace is a wonderful seaside getaway, with everything you need right on your doorstep. Polzeath is a classic family holiday destination, with a long expanse of soft sand for beach games, picnics, and BBQs. With excellent surf schools on the beach offering equipment hire and lessons for all ages and abilities, there's fun to be had for everyone. Lifeguards patrol the beach during the summer months, making it a safe place to splash about and enjoy the waves. For walkers, the South West Coast Path boasts some of Cornwall’s most dramatic coastal scenery. Follow the path to the left and you’ll discover the quieter Greenaway Beach, perfect for a family BBQ. Just 2 miles away, the charming village of Rock is a great place to stroll, and from there you can catch the ferry across to Padstow to sample some of the town’s famous seafood.

Enter through a tiled hallway that nods to the retreat’s Victorian origins, leading into a well-equipped kitchen with a slate floor and a large walk-in larder for storing all your holiday essentials. A wooden dining table invites relaxed meals after a day spent exploring the stunning Cornish coastline. The lounge boasts a large bay window with a cosy window seat, framing beautiful beach views – ideal for curling up with a book or watching a film on the sofas. A second lounge, adorned with vibrant artwork, offers additional comfy seating, a small dining table, books, and a piano for music-filled evenings. Upstairs, four bedrooms are restful spaces for the whole family, with a mix of king-size, twin, and single beds providing flexible sleeping arrangements. These bedrooms share a beautifully appointed family bathroom.

Outside, the front lawn, bordered by a traditional stone wall, provides a lovely spot to soak up the Cornish sunshine, with a garden gate giving easy access to the beach. At the back of the property, a small courtyard is a quiet retreat for your morning coffee. Parking for two cars is conveniently available in a car park just 200 metres away.
