A stay at this beachside holiday home in Rock offers a mix of relaxation, adventure, and family fun. Just steps from your door, a tiny stream bubbles along a footpath, cascading over a small waterfall before meeting the sand. Overlooking the beach, the charming St Michael’s Church provides a peaceful place to sit on a bench and take in the stunning coastal views. Water lovers are spoilt for choice here. Try sailing or water skiing at the nearby Rock Sailing and Water Ski Club, or set off on a thrilling sea safari from the pontoon. Golfers can stroll to the prestigious St Enodoc Golf Club (under 1 mile), where spectacular coastal views frame two championship courses. When it’s time to refuel, a number of highly regarded restaurants are within 500 metres. Hop on the ferry or water taxi across to Padstow, where you can sample celebrity chef-owned seafood restaurants or savour classic fish and chips by the picturesque harbour.

Designed to showcase its surroundings, this exceptional retreat has a reverse-level layout that puts the breathtaking views front and centre. On the first floor, you’ll find a modern, high-spec kitchen with chic worktops and ample storage, seamlessly flowing into a dining area with a large wooden table for family meals or entertaining friends. The split-level lounge features expansive wooden floors and generous seating, creating a bright, welcoming area for everyone to relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted views across the water to the iconic Iron Bridge, the harbour town of Padstow, and towards the picturesque St Michael’s Church. From the lounge, head out onto the extensive paved balcony where you can watch the tide roll in and enjoy the bustling water sports below, or simply unwind with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double with an en-suite shower room, and a triple room with access to a large wet room. A spiral staircase leads down to three more bedrooms, each with sliding glass doors that open onto the garden, allowing the fresh sea air to flow through. The spacious master bedroom boasts its own en-suite and a cot area for little ones, while the two triple rooms share a stylish family bathroom.

Outside, a generous paved terrace wraps around the property, ideal for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the glorious views. The garden provides direct access to Porthilly Cove, with the possibility of walking along the coast to Rock Beach, Daymer Bay, and even Polzeath at the right tide. With off-road parking for four cars, your stay is as convenient and hassle-free.
