Head down to Polzeath Beach, where safe, lifeguarded waters and excellent surf conditions make it a favourite for families. For a gentler day by the sea, the sheltered sands of Daymer Bay or the tucked-away charm of Greenaway Beach are both within a mile. For those who love to explore, lace up your boots and set off along the South West Coast Path. One way leads to the calm beauty of the Camel Estuary and nearby Rock (2 miles), where you can try sailing or hop on the ferry to Padstow for a day of harbour-side wandering and fresh seafood. The other direction reveals dramatic clifftops, hidden coves, and landmarks like Pentire Point and The Rumps.

Light-filled and luxurious, this coastal home boasts dreamy interiors and sweeping sea views. Glass doors open out onto a private balcony, where you’ll feel on top of the world, with Polzeath Beach stretching out below. The open-plan living area is designed for family and friends to socialise together. After days of discovering hidden coves and coastal paths, sink into the deep, comfortable sofas in the lounge, while children enjoy their own snug, complete with TV and a toy box. A stylish bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, decorated with surfing-inspired wallpaper, awaits for children and also offers full-size singles for teens or adults. Two super-king-size bedrooms round off the home, one with an en-suite shower room and the other served by the family bathroom.

Step outside to the private garden, where chunky flagstones set the scene for al fresco dining with local produce from the nearby farm shop. A lawn gives little ones and four-legged friends space to play, while the bubbling hot tub provides the ultimate spot to soak as the sun sets over the ocean. With private parking for up to four cars, you’ll have everything you need for a stress-free stay.

Beautifully furnished with super stylish dcor. Maleny is incredibly comfortable - theyve thought of everything to make your stay perfect . Location and views are amazing. The hot tub a big hit with all. Very impressed with the service from Latitude50.

The house is in the most brilliant location which meant for the whole week, we didn't really need to get in the car. The views of Polzeath Beach from the house were incredible, as were the sunsets. Maleny was brilliant. It gave us everything we wanted, great views of the sea, hot tub, enough parking for each couple, close proximity to the beach and pub (loved the gate from the garden to the Oystercatcher!) /shops, number of bath rooms/en suites etc, quiet street.
