Lovely house, well positioned with a fantastic garden perfect for the dog. Second time weve stayed and whilst possibly a little pricey its definitely worth a visit.

We liked the modern, open plan feeling of the house and the quality of the kitchen and furniture. Also the position of the house in relation to the centre of Polzeath and accessibility of walking from the house to the beaches.

We absolutely loved the house. The design, dcor and condition was amazing - the eco heating, the huge bifold doors, lots of kitchen equipment and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing.
