Set in the picturesque village of Polzeath, there are an abundance of opportunities to explore the coast from this contemporary home. The golden sands of Polzeath Beach are less than 0.5 miles away, while the South West Coast Path is less than 300 metres away, so you can head off on foot to soak up the incredible views along this coastal route. If you fancy taking to the water, don your wet suits and head to Rock (2.5 miles) where you can hire paddleboards or kayaks to paddle along the calmer Camel Estuary waters. Fabulous days out for the whole family can be had at Camel Creek Family Adventure Park or the Cornish Birds of Prey Centre (both within 14 miles).
