Escape with your loved ones at this gorgeous stone home sitting on the edge of the popular village of Port Isaac. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, it’s an idyllic accommodation option for large families or groups of friends looking for a stylish bolthole on the North Cornwall coastline. Grab your surfboard and venture into Polzeath (6.5 miles), or head into the chic little village of Rock (9 miles). From Rock, you can catch the ferry to Padstow and play a round of golf at the legendary St Enodoc Golf Course. For a relaxed day of traditional family fun, the golden sands of Daymer Bay (8 miles) are hard to beat. It’s also a great place to swim, kayak and paddleboard. Further afield, head to the pretty village of Boscastle (13 miles) to check out its quirky Witchcraft Museum or follow in the footsteps of the famous novelist Thomas Hardy.

Find your spot in the private parking area and enter this beautiful holiday home via the first floor. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a large and elegant living space, where exposed brickwork is paired beautifully with honey oak beams. There are three inviting living spaces on the first floor of this sprawling home – each centred around a crackling wood burner and showcasing rich, rustic interiors. The third living space features a sleek kitchen area, as well as an elegant dining area with impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. When it’s time for bed, you’ll discover four peaceful bedrooms to choose from downstairs. The master features a king-size bed and pretty French doors that open up onto the garden. This room’s chic en-suite features a rainfall shower and a glamorous freestanding bath. There are also two additional king-size bedrooms and a twin, all with en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. A family bathroom with a rainfall shower on the ground floor completes the stylish layout.

Step outside and you’ll find impressive multi-tiered patios and lush lawns where you can gaze over peaceful fields that are dotted with cows. Relax on the sun loungers or fire up the charcoal BBQ and share a fun al fresco meal. Afterwards, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows under the starry skies. The lower lawn is secure and provides a safe space for dogs to play, and an outdoor dog shower is on hand for any muddy paws. There’s also a hanging rail for wetsuits.

We have been coming to Cornwall since 1968 and have never stayed in such a beautiful property before; ideal for our three generations. Bedrooms were beautifully styled and very comfortable. Weve had a wonderful week; enjoying the amazing views from the house, sitting in the garden and relaxing.
