With Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay all within 3.5 miles, you can be sunbathing on golden sands, swimming in azure waters or exploring rock pools within minutes. For water sports enthusiasts, there’s access to everything from sailing and paddleboarding to kayaking and wakeboarding, while walkers can explore the South West Coast Path and golfers will appreciate proximity to St Enodoc just 3 miles away. From Rock, hop on the ferry to explore the vibrant harbour town of Padstow and its excellent restaurants. In Port Isaac, 6.5 miles, there are yet more superb places to eat, as well as intriguing boutiques and galleries tucked among its picturesque streets.

Blending rustic, oak-framed character with contemporary luxury, this impressive home is both welcoming and sophisticated. Another feature of this open-plan space is a double-sided wood burner, on the other side of which is a spacious TV room. For guests who need to catch up with admin while away, a separate study with a desk, sofa and garden access provides a quite spot, and there are two ground-floor WCs, as well as a shower room off the study and a utility room with laundry facilities. Upstairs, four sumptuous bedrooms promise restful nights: choose from a super-king-size with a private balcony, mezzanine dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower, two king-size bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), and a super-king-size room that converts to twins on request. Completing the interior is a well-appointed, spa-like bathroom featuring a free-standing bath.

With 4 acres of private grounds, you’ll have a generous choice of outside space in which to relax and reconnect with nature. The terrace offers sun loungers and space for al fresco meals with a view, cooked at the outdoor kitchen, while a wood-fired hot tub is tucked away in the walled garden. There’s an electric sauna to soothe tired muscles, and a fire pit for evening gatherings under starry skies. An expansive lawn leads down to a meadow and a large, spring-fed pond with a pontoon, shaded by mature trees. Flanked by fields, the former farmhouse comes with a large walled garden and hot tub, should you fancy some champagne-sponsored stargazing, while log burners and fires heat up the oak-beamed lounges inside.

We would first like to say that we had the most wonderful holiday in your property. Its a wonderful location, has stunning views and within easy reach of all the various beaches in the area. From the moment we arrived, we instantly relaxed. We loved popping down to Rock and Daymer ...Bay for an early morning walk on the sand dunes (and sometimes a Read moreswim), then back to Keiro Veor to relax, read and enjoy the views. One evening we saw a Barn Owl hunting around the lower end of the garden. The house was really comfortable and well equipped. Hide
