Haven View was a lovely holiday cottage. It was very comfortable, clean and eveyrthing was there what you need. The little extra touches made it even better from the welcome pack, to towels for use for the hot tub and blankets for use for outside if it went chilly although we didnt need them. Would love to go back.

This is our 2nd stay at The Haven', Carole is an amazing host, the little house is lovely, its comfy clean and warm, the communication with Carole is excellent she is always very helpful, the welcome package is very welcome. Unfortunately for us the weather was not great and we did not get the opportunity to sit out on the lovely veranda, and enjoyRead more a BBQ, next time maybe! We will be back again; we would like to complete the walks in that area the view look stunning. We enjoyed our evenings in Coombe Barton Pub in Crackington - the squid is delicious. The Weir at Whalesborough Farm is worth a visit, we walked from Bude along the canal, but you can drive. The location of the house is a great position for exploring Cornwall, Bude is around 20 minutes away and Boscastle 15 minutes, Widemouth Bay 10 mins drive to name a few. We took our EV, although Bude has a 40KW fast charger it only managed 3% in an hour when another driver plugged in at the same time! We used Strawberry fields 100kw chargers with no issue and visited the shop and caf. Thank you Carole and John we will see you again soon. Hide
