This gorgeous beach house enjoys an unrivalled setting 150 metres from Polzeath Beach. Spend your days surfing the renowned waves or trying a paddleboard on calmer seas, with surf schools close by (100 metres) and lifeguards on hand in the main season. Tucked behind the village’s main road and a popular local restaurant (70 metres), the six-person home is perfect for families or friends keen to ditch the car keys and embrace Cornwall’s laid-back vibe. Rock (2.5 miles) and Daymer Bay (1 mile) are close by, while the coast path (150 metres) leads past Greenaway Beach (1 mile) to Daymer Bay and on to Rock, home to sailing, surfing and a ferry to Padstow (3.5 miles). Come evening, play pool in the local pubs (350 metres) and perch at beachside spots for tasty surf and turf, perhaps catching some live music and sipping cocktails as the sun sets.

Step inside to gorgeous open-plan social spaces with a chic kitchen, complete with all the appliances you need to cook up a feast, along with a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning brew. Perch at the breakfast bar or gather around the chunky wooden dining table beneath statement lighting for lively meals. The lounge areas invite you to unwind – one has a sleek comfortable sofa and the other a cosy wood burner and glass doors to the veranda. It's a fantastic property, the best we have stayed in Polzeath. The location is amazing with 2 parking spaces. The decoration and layout are great and it was well stocked with anything we needed. The outside shower room and space are also fantastic.
