Discover the cobbled lanes and whitewashed cottages of Port Isaac (2 miles), where you can visit filming locations from Doc Martin and Fisherman’s Friends. Surfers will love Polzeath (3.5 miles), where the scenic South West Coast Path leads to nature spots Pentire Point and The Rumps (4.5 miles). Two inviting lounges await – a snug with a Smart TV and a spacious living room in calming coastal hues, complete with plush sofas and a crackling wood burner – fab for film nights or board games. There’s also a handy utility room with all the kit for laundry days, and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, five serene bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, promise restful nights. The first is a super-king-size with countryside glimpses of the sea. The second, also a super-king-size (with zip-and-link beds), has an en-suite bathroom. We booked Gwel Mor for a family weekend and it was ideal. The house is really well equipped and we had no problems with cooking and serving meals for 11. It is a real home from home. We didn't feel on top of each other at all. The pool was used several times and even though the pool has only been heated for 4 weeks prior to our stay it was adequateRead morely warm enough even for young children. The garden although a slope was a great space for playing in with the added bonus of a slide and some other outdoor toys. There was also a large box of toys in the house which our little people loved. Overall the house was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again Hide

We loved the pool which was heated to a warm temperature different to other houses and as a consequence we will return. Please convey our sincere thanks.
