Right in the middle of Rock, just round the corner from the sailing school, this upside-down house strains every sinew to catch the Cornish light. The crisp, neat and seasidey bedrooms are all downstairs, leaving masses of space for a giant, open-plan living/dining/cooking space on the first floor, lit by a wall of south-facing glass.

A door opens onto a big rooftop terrace with views of Rocks little beach and the Camel estuary beyond. Boat trips, beach days, cliff walks: its the perfect venue for a sunny breakfast conference, discussing your options for the day ahead.
