Immerse yourself in exceptional luxury at this architect-designed retreat on the Cornish coast, just moments from the white sands and surf-ready waters of Polzeath Beach. Stroll down to the beach in around 100 metres to discover a pristine arc of sand, perfect for sunbathing, sandcastles, and total relaxation. The village of Polzeath is alive with beachfront bars, shops, and even a wood-fired sauna, all within 0.5 miles, while the South West Coast Path runs straight through, giving you unlimited access to spectacular hiking and cycling routes along the North Cornwall coast. Follow the path to Rock (3 miles), a neighbouring village with an award-winning golf club and another stunning beach. From here, a regular passenger ferry carries you across the Camel Estuary to Padstow (4 miles), beloved for its foodie reputation, celebrity-owned restaurants, the National Lobster Hatchery, and as the starting point of the iconic Camel Trail.

This beach house is exceptional throughout, with wide open spaces, soaring ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light. On the lower ground floor, a shower room and designated wetsuit-drying area provide a warm welcome for surfers. Ascend to the top floor to find the showpiece living space: a spectacular open-plan lounge, kitchen, and diner with sweeping sea views. French doors open onto an elevated terrace overlooking Polzeath Beach, while inside, the sleek kitchen is fully equipped for preparing feasts with locally sourced produce. A dining table for 12 sits at the heart of the space, and after dinner, you can sink into the L-shaped sofa, switch on Sky TV, or simply admire the view. A Nuvu sound system adds atmosphere throughout the property, while a Scandinavian-style flame-effect gas fire brings a cosy glow as night falls. This level also includes a utility room with laundry facilities and an additional fridge/freezer – perfect for chilled drinks. On the ground floor, five beautiful bedrooms await. At the front, the master super-king-size, a super-king-size zip-and-link, and a king-size each boast sea views, balcony access, and en-suite facilities. At the rear, another king-size room and a playful bunk room with two sets of bunks (ideal for children) share a bright family bathroom.

The balcony, accessible from three bedrooms, offers uninterrupted sea views, while above it, the elevated terrace features sun loungers, an outdoor dining set, and a hot tub with built-in Bluetooth speakers. Private parking is available for up to four cars – two within the gated development and two more at the rear of the property.
