Offering a luxurious base for both people and pets, this handsome holiday home invites families and friends to escape to the Cornish coast, soaking up peace and tranquillity in New Polzeath. Stroll down to Polzeath Beach with ease (0.5 miles), surfboards, buckets and spades in tow, ready for a day on this much-loved stretch of sand. Hugely popular with surfers, the beach is ideal whether you’re catching waves yourself or simply watching the pros from the comfort of the shore. From here, admire views of Gulland Rock, Stepper Point and Trevose Head, or set off along the South West Coast Path to explore these landmarks more closely. For those who prefer a round of golf to a wetsuit, excellent courses await just outside the village (2 miles) and in neighbouring Rock (3.5 miles).

We loved Clifden. Its a beautiful, spacious house with a lovely outside space. Such a lovely place to relax. This is our fourth Latitude50 holiday and it wont be the last, you guys are always incredibly helpful and efficient.
