With panoramic views of Polzeath Beach from nearly every level, this four-storey haven promises unforgettable getaways with family or friends – the perfect setting for special celebrations on the North Cornwall coast. Surfing is naturally the number one pastime here, with Polzeath Beach just metres away. Discover a surf school offering lessons and equipment hire, or make use of the ample facilities in the house to bring your own gear from home. Around the arc of white sand, the village is dotted with bars, cafés and eateries for mid-swell refreshments. For a change of pace, lace up your walking boots and explore the dramatic clifftop scenery, making your way across the marvellous Pentire headlands to Pentire Point (1.5 miles). Alternatively, follow the Lundy Bay Walk from Polzeath up to the cove (2 miles), meandering through light woodlands and rocky coves along the way.

This impressive abode boasts contemporary décor throughout. Almost entirely glass-fronted, the property frames unforgettable sunsets from every angle, always keeping those sea views at the heart of your stay. On arrival, make use of the utility room and board store on the ground floor, where you’ll also find the first of four immaculate bedrooms with its own en-suite shower room. The remaining three bedrooms are neatly laid out on the first floor. The largest bedroom at the front of the house is a superb master suite, complete with access to a first-floor balcony and outdoor seating – the perfect spot for your morning coffee. An additional WC also completes this floor. The second floor is dedicated to an exceptional open plan living space, combining a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with luxury appliances, perfect for budding chefs, while the dining table seats 12, creating an impressive setting for celebratory dinners. In the lounge, plush seating faces a Smart TV and wood burner, with patio doors leading onto the front balcony. One floor up, the top storey offers an additional lounge complete with a TV and Xbox, a unique cocktail bar with mood lighting, and a glass walkway to an elevated surf lookout and cushion-filled sky hammock (with child safety gate). A final shower room completes this level.

In total, four balconies provide ample space for outdoor relaxation. The master bedroom enjoys a first-floor balcony, while the second-floor features two – one at the front and one at the rear – both furnished for your comfort. On the top floor, the final balcony is designed for entertaining, complete with a built-in outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and electric BBQ with griddle hot plate. At ground level, lockable surfboard storage is available, and in the communal parking area you’ll find three outdoor showers, a wetsuit hanging rail, and private parking for two cars.

Well spaced out with great facilities like the outdoor warm shower for returning from the beach!
